We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or we shipped you a different item, size or color than what you ordered. If you receive a defective item or different item, please contact us at info@dalad.ca with details of the product and the reason/defect. After we give you a return authorization number, you can send the item you consider defective or different with proof of purchase receipt to:

Shipping Policy
Ship within Canada: All orders over $150.00 are entitled FREE SHIPPING within Canada. Orders less than $150.00 are Flat fee shipping charges of $12.00 per item or per set within Canada
Ship to USA; All orders to USA are $20.00 flat rate per item or per set. Every additional item or set is $10.00 extra.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. We DO NOT collect sales tax for orders shipped to USA.
Delivery Times
Orders within Toronto area is estimated within 2 to 4 business days. Rest of Canada are shipped with Expedite Canada Post and estimated between 2 to 5 business days as per Canada Post timing from shipping date.
Orders to USA are shipped with Expedite Canada Post and estimated 3 to 7 business days from shipping date.
Please note we do not ship on Saturday, Sundays and statutory holidays.
